The following example sets the vpi for the pvc to 4.

ATM(configure)# set pvc 1-4-101 vpi 4

The identifier for the pvc. It is equal to 
<physPort> - <vpi> - <vci>

(e.g., port number 1 with a vpi of 4 and a vci of 
101 would have a pvcID of 1-4-101)

The Virtual Port Interface (VPI) number. The 
range of values is: Minimum = 0, Maximum = 
255.
