Press and hold down 

and then click on the Label button of the

Quick Dial that you want to change.

The Change Quick Dial dialog box appears.

Select the Create New button.

The Create Quick Dial dialog box appears.

Enter the label that you want to appear on the Label button of the Quick
Dial.

Select the option button of the telephone number that you want this
Quick Dial to dial.

Select the OK button.

The label you entered appears on the label button of the Quick Dial
you selected.
