CAUTION: 
Before disconnecting ac power from the SPIRIT
Attendant, be sure that switches 1 and 2 are 
on 
(down). With this
setting, the SPIRIT Attendant is placed on battery power so that your
recorded announcements are saved up to three hours during a power
outage (assuming the battery is fully charged) and routing plans and
programming parameters are retained up to eight weeks.
