Broiling Guide
All times are approximate since variables such as thickness , temperature and individual preferences
will affect the cooking time.  Broil meat on rack of broiler pan placed on oven shelf in fourth or fifth position
, about 4 - 5 in (10 -12 cm ) below the top element.  Turn meat with tongs, not a fork so as not to pierce
meat and loose juices.
