Answer an Incoming Call

Touch the incoming call icon
and drag it to right to the Answer Call icon

Reject an Incoming Call

and drag it to left to the Reject Call icon
. The call will be
sent directly to voicemail.
Reject a Call and Send a Text Message
You can automatically send a preset text message to a caller and reject the incoming voice call.

and drag it to up to the Send Text icon
. Touch one of the
quick response messages to send it to the caller.

Important: Voicemail Password – Sprint strongly recommends that you create a password when
setting up your voicemail to protect against unauthorized access. Without a password, anyone who
