Note
Tape Operations
1. Press FUNCTION on the remote control or 
TAPE/DEMO on the unit to select tape function.
2.  Open a cassette tape door by pushing 
IR(STOP/OPEN) .
3.  Load a cassette tape with the side you want to 
play facing forward.

Stop 
Press IR(STOP/OPEN) on 
the top panel.
Play
Press D(PLAY) on the top 
panel to start playback. 
Pause
During playback, press 
M(PAUSE) on the top panel. 
Press M(PAUSE) to resume 
playback.
Fast-forward or 
rewind
Press   /   (REW/FF) .
Recording on USB 
You can record sounds of tape on USB.
1.  Connect the USB device to the unit.
2. Press FUNCTION on the remote control or 
TAPE/DEMO to select the tape function.
3.  Load a cassette tape with the side you want to 
record facing forward.
4. Press D(PLAY) on the top panel. Then “checking” 
will be displayed in the display window.
5.  RECX on the remote control or on the unit 
to start recording.
6.  To stop recording, Press Z(STOP) on the remote 
control or STOP on the unit.
7.  If you want to record the sounds of tape, start 
recording during playback.
Other Operations
Displaying Disc Information 
on-screen
You can display various information about the disc 
loaded on-screen.
1. Press DISPLAY on the remote control to show 
various playback information. 
The displayed items differ depending on the 
disc type or playing state.
2.  You can select an item by pressing w/s and 
change or select the setting by pressing a/d.
Title
 
- Current title number/total number 
of titles.
Chapter
 
- Current chapter number/total 
number of chapters.
Time
 
- Elapsed playing time
     Selected total time of current title/
file.
Audio
 
- Selected audio language or 
channel.
Subtitle
 
- Selected subtitle.
Angle
 
- Selected angle/total number of 
angles.
Sound
 
- Selected sound mode
If any button is not pressed for a few seconds, 
the on-screen display disappears.
