3. From the General tab, select whether to scan inbound and/or outbound emails.

NOTE: When GFI MailSecurity is installed on same machine as Microsoft Exchange 2003,
GFI MailSecurity may not be able to block outbound emails, but instead replaces the blocked
content (e.g. the attachment) with a threat report.
