Low-layer IB functions for use by the IB diagnostic and management 
programs. These include management datagrams (MADs), SA, SMP, 
and other basic IB functions.

Provides the user MAD library functions that sit on top of the user MAD 
modules in the kernel. These functions are used by IB diagnostic and 
management tools, including OpenSM.

Library that allows userspace processes to use InfiniBand Verbs as 
described in the InfiniBand Architecture Specification. This library
