Registering the Department ID, Password, and Page Limit

Press [Additional Functions].

] to select <SYSTEM SETTINGS>, then press [OK].
If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter the System Manager ID and System
Password usng the numerc keys, then press [Log In/Out (ID)].

] to select <REGISTER DEPT. ID>, then press [OK].

designated, then press [OK].

Use the numeric keys to enter the Department ID, then press [OK].
If you do not want to set a password, you can use the machne by enterng only the Department ID.
