When prompted on the LCD to do so, press the power button to confirm the 
reset.

Replace the back cover.
6.
Reconnect Wi-Fi devices.
To reset the mobile hotspot on the Mobile Hotspot 
Homepage:
1.
On the Mobile Hotspot Homepage, click the About Your Mobile Hotspot icon 
( ).
2.
Click Reset Device to Factory Defaults.
3.
Click OK to confirm.
4.
Reconnect Wi-Fi devices.
Alerts
SIM not installed
Ensure that the SIM card is installed correctly. See 
SIM Error — Check SIM
Ensure that the SIM card inserted in your mobile hotspot is from your service 
provider. If there is still a problem, contact your service provider. (The SIM may be 
damaged and need replacing.)
