On the AirCard Watcher menu select 

Logging > Turn Logging On

.

Wait for the events or problems to be captured in the Watcher log.

Click the AirCard Watcher menu again and select 

Logging > Collect Logs...

 

When the Collect Logs tool appears, click 

Proceed

.

When requested, enter your admin password.

When the Collect Logs tool indicates that the log file is ready, click 

Quit

.

A compressed file containing the log files appears on your Desktop.

Attach the compressed file to an email message and send it to your technical 
support provider.
