Our new vSwitch1 for storage traffic has now been created. Next, we will configure the two physical ports to run 
as a LAG. Click

On the

 vSwitch1 Properties page, find the NIC Teaming tab. To enable link aggregation we must change the 

Load Balancing setting to Route based on IP hash. Make sure both vmnic2 and vmnic3 are Active A Adapters.
