Click on the Show Data Labels checkbox. This will display the data labels at
each point in the set

Choose a Solid border from the Border menu.

Next, choose the Headings tab.

Choose the Show Header checkbox.

Enter the text ‘Population Growth of Australian State Capital Cities’ for the
header.

Choose a font for the header text such as Arial, 10, Bold Italic.

Next, choose the Legend tab.
