Printing

Follow these steps to print the Error Log:

Step 1.

Press the Menu key.  The printer is
automatically placed offline and in menu mode.
The display reads:

LANGUAGE
=English 

Step 2.

Press the Down arrow key until the display
reads:

PRINT REPORTS 

Step 3.

Press the Enter key.  The display reads:

Font Report 

Step 4.

Press the Down arrow key until the display
reads:

Error Log 

Step 5.

Press the Enter key.  “*Selected*” displays
momentarily and the report prints
