Scan to Home

Template Name At 
Device

Defines the name of the device 
scan template that will be 
published when using the 
SMARTsend application to 
publish individual templates for 
Scan to Home users.

Default: %Username% (Network ID portion of 
Username field will be used).

Editable on a per user basis. Using the Properties 
button on the Selected Users panel.

Variable Options: Allows you to place variable 
data in the Template Name property.

Username: For each user, the Network ID 
portion of the Username field will be inserted 
in place of the %Username% variable. (e.g. A 
Username of XRXNA\UserA will resolve to a 
Template Name of UserA.)

Domain: For each user, the Domain portion of 
the Username field will be inserted in place of 
the %Domain% variable.(e.g. If the Template 
Name has been defined as 
%Domain%_%Username%, a Username of 
XRXNA\UserA will resolve to a Template 
Name of XRXNA_UserA.
