If you encounter the following common troubles, please solve 
according to the following instructions. If the problem cannot 
be solved or a cause cannot be found, please contact customer 
services center.

Oven will not turn on

•  Check to see that the power cord is plugged into AC out-

let.

•  Check to see that the AC outlet is operational.
•  Check that the timer is set to desired time.
•  Check that the temperature setting is set to desired tem-

perature.

•  Close the lid all the way down.

Please note:  The lid acts as a safety switch and   will not 

allow the oven to work when in the   up-right position.
•  Check if the power switch is in ON position.

Oven will not heat up

•  Check the temperature whether it is set.
•  If it still does not work, turn off power and please con-

tact your point of purchase.

Lid or glass bowl iscracked

•  Order replacement part from the service department.

The appliance has a unusually noise orsevere vibration

•  Do not open the lid of oven. Unplug power immediately,

and please contact your point   of purchase.
