Choose the Calendar Profile form in the mailxx_xMP.ntf template.

Select MP_ServerNames and MP_ServerAddress. The fields are in the last row of fields at the top of the mailxx_xMP.ntf 
template.

Choose Edit > Copy.

Switch to the mailx.ntf template.

Add a line after the last row of fields at the top of the Calendar Profile form.

Choose Edit > Paste.

Paste the two Cisco Unified MeetingPlace fields in the Calendar Profile form.

Select Calendar & To Do.

Select MeetingPlace.

Select all text and fields on this tab.

Choose Edit > Copy.

Switch to the mailx.ntf template.

Insert a row:

Select Calendar & To Do.

Select To Do.

Click inside the tab.

Choose Table > Insert Row.

Create a tab:

Click inside the new row.

Right-click and choose Table Properties.

Select Table Rows.

Enter MeetingPlace in Tab Label and Caption.

Close Properties.

Configure the MeetingPlace tab properties.

Click inside the MeetingPlace tab.

Choose Edit > Paste.

Select Yes.

Save the mailx.ntf template.

Do not modify existing IBM LotusScript code, other than what is described in this document. Only add the Cisco Unified 
MeetingPlace code sections to existing code in the template.

Sign in to the IBM Lotus Domino Server as an administrator.

Open IBM Lotus Domino Designer.

Open the mailx.ntf and mailxx_xMP.ntf templates.
