Starting And Stopping DCA from the Command Line
DCA can be started and stopped from the command line by using the commands
below. To stop the DCA we need to stop the Sun ONE server.

Description
/usr/iplanet/servers/https-<DCAhost>/start
Starts the Sun ONE Web Server
/usr/iplanet/servers/https-<servername>/stop
Stops the Sun ONE Web Server
Note: This may depend on the specific location for where Sun ONE is installed.
