Password fields. Non-profile users will not have access to the
Find Meeting feature.
Show audio files in these formats. To display WAV, MP3,
RealAudio, and Windows Media audio file formats, place a
check in the corresponding box.
If you do not want to allow voice over your data network, clear
all these options.
However, if you want to provide voice transfers over the data
network and you have a RealServer, you should select the Show
Audio Files in RealAudio Format option.
Windows Media Player offers another way to transfer voice
recordings. Select the Windows Media option check box if you
have a Windows Media Player.
Providing files in WAV format is most appropriate for
applications that require voice file editing. If you do not want to
provide users with access to WAV files, clear this option.
If your users have an MP3 player, place a check in the MP3
option box and MeetingPlace Web will convert recordings to the
MP3 format (requires a XingMP3 Encoder available at
www.xingtech.com).
For RealAudio Administrator, Windows Media Administrator or
MP3 Encoder configuration instructions, See “Configuring Audio
Components” on page 311.
Update Parameters
For replication of meeting attachments and information,
MeetingPlace Web must synchronize with the MeetingPlace
conference server on a periodic basis.
Note: Please allow 20 minutes for changes to take effect.
