Chapter 7  Using MeetingPlace Web 

Users scheduling multiserver meetings are re-directed to the old 
user interface (version 4.2). 

1.  Open your Web browser and enter the following URL in the 

address field: http://hostname/mpweb/html/mtgtime32.htm. 

2.  Replace hostname with the host name of your MeetingPlace 

server and then press the Enter key. The MeetingPlace Web 
interface (version 4.2) displays.

3.  Click the log in link. At the login screen, enter your 

MeetingPlace user ID and password in the field provided, and 
then click the login button.

Note: Users must have the following multiserver scheduling 
privileges in their profile: 

Can Call Other Servers? parameter set to Yes.

Time Zone parameter set to the user’s local time zone.
