Chapter 11  Troubleshooting  239
A: MeetingPlace Web only allows for a maximum of 120
sessions. Please contact your Latitude Customer Support
Representative for configuration instructions.
Q: When I try to join a meeting I get the following message,
“Guest profile is reserved for system use and cannot be used for
current operation”. What does it mean?
A: Your meeting has been scheduled to only allow MeetingPlace
profile users. No guests are allowed.
Q: As I navigate through links in MeetingPlace Web pages, I get
the following error message:
“Internet Explorer Script Error:  Object doesn’t support this
property or method.”
Once I click OK, I can continue using MeetingPlace Web and all
functions seem to be working fine.
A: Upgrading your Web browser to a newer browser will
generally correct this problem. Refer to Appendix A for a list of
supported Web browsers. Or you can disable (uncheck) “Java
console enabled” under Tools – Internet Options – Advanced.
Q: Users receive the following error message “MPAgent is not
available… please try again later” when trying to access
MeetingPlace Web.
A: The MeetingPlace Agent Service is either down or not
responding. Stopping and restarting the Agent Service should
resolve the problem.
Q: The MeetingPlace Replication Service keeps going down, or
the MeetingPlace Gateway SIM Service frequently disconnects
from the MeetingPlace server.
A: If you are not using SQL 2000 with your MeetingPlace Web,
then it is possible that the SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine
(previously called MSDE) on your gateway is an older version
