MeetingPlace Web is implemented using a combination of 
HTML, JavaScript, ISAPI, Windows services, and an 
administrative interface.

Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is a tag-based language 
that is used to create documents on the World Wide Web 
incorporating text, graphics, sound, video, and hyperlinks. 
MeetingPlace Web generates HTML dynamically to display 
information in a user’s Web browser.

JavaScript is a programming language used to effect changes to 
your Web pages without requiring unnecessary access back to 
your Web server. The HTML pages generated by MeetingPlace 
Web contain JavaScript programs. As such, using MeetingPlace 
Web requires that browsers support JavaScript. Popular browsers 
such as Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator 
support JavaScript.

MeetingPlace Web integrates with your corporate Web server 
using ISAPI (Internet Server Application Program Interface). 
ISAPI is used to process scheduling requests, initiate telephone 
outdials, and to dynamically generate HTML pages. 

For ongoing communication with MeetingPlace, MeetingPlace 
Web includes the following Windows-based services:

MeetingPlace Audio Service
