2. If the version of JDK is not supported, you may need to

upgrade your Web browser.

To check a system’s Java Plug-in:

1. From Netscape Navigator: Select the Tasks menu | Tools. If

the Java Console is grayed out, then the user does not have
the necessary Java code to run MeetingPlace Web.

OR:

1. Open Help | About Plug-ins

2. Scroll through the list. If you do not see a list of “Java Plug-

in” entries, then the user does not have the necessary Java
code to run MeetingPlace Web.
