The Generate Report Now option on the Monitor > Archived Reports page allows you to
generate on-demand data displays for each report type. To generate a report:

1. Select Generate Report Now

2. Select a report type and edit the title, if necessary. To avoid creating multiple reports with
the same name, consider using a descriptive title.
3. Select a time range for the data included in the report.
4. Specify report options, if available.
5. Select whether to archive the report (if so, the report will appear on the Archived Reports
page).
6. Specify whether to email the report, and list the email addresses of the recipients.
7. View This Report immediately displays the information without having it archived or
forwarded to an email distribution list.
8. Deliver this Report generates the report.
9. Commit your changes.
