Users can request MeetingPlace to outdial (call) them from the MeetingPlace
Web meeting details page. They can also be outdialed from within an active
meeting.
The MeetingPlace prompts vary depending on whether or not the meeting
has started.

If the meeting has started, MeetingPlace prompts the invited participant
to record their name, and then announces their entry into the meeting.

If the meeting has not started, MeetingPlace prompts invited participants
to record their name, and then places them in the waiting room. All
profile users may start the meeting with their MeetingPlace profile if
they desire.

MeetingPlace Web Behavior
When used with MeetingPlace Web versions earlier than 3.0, web
conferencing can be enabled after the voice conference has been activated.
When used with version 3.0 or later, reservationless meetings can be started
either from the Web or the phone.

An exception to this behavior is with immediate meetings or scheduled
meetings that begin now. If a meeting ID is not selected and a user clicks the
Immediate Meeting button on the MeetingPlace Web home page (or
schedules a meeting with a start time of now or earlier), the system creates a
reservationless meeting with the user’s profile number. On the second try,
the user receives an error message because a reservationless meeting already
exists. This also happens when scheduling from MeetingPlace for Outlook
and MeetingTime.
