1. Go to
Call Routing > Route/Hunt > Route Pattern
.
2. Click Add New to create a new route pattern.
3. Enter the following into the relevant fields, leaving the other fields as their default values:

(the conference alias that matches the Multiway URI configured on a VCS-
registered endpoint)
Gateway/Route
List
List
Select the TelePresence Conductor SIP trunk.
4. Click Save.
Task 6: Checking the search rule configuration on the VCS
On the VCS:
1. Go to
Configuration > Dial plan > Search rules
.
3. Ensure that the search rule has the following settings applied:
Mode
Alias pattern match
Pattern type
Regex
Pattern string
For example (3\d{3})@vcs.domain(.*)
Pattern behavior
Leave
On successful match
Stop
Task 7: Checking the conference template configuration on the

On the TelePresence Conductor:

3. Ensure that the following settings are applied:

For example Multiway conference template
Conference type
Meeting
Service Preference
The Service Preference that contains the conference bridges used for
Multiway conferences
Multiway conferences
Maximum number of cascades
Enter '0' to disable cascading.
