Step 4: Time configuration
The NTP server address fields set the IP addresses or Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDNs) of the
NTP servers to be used to synchronize system time.

The Time zone sets the local time zone of the Cisco VCS.
To configure the NTP server address and Time zone:
1. Go to the
Time
page (
System configuration > Time
).
2. Configure the fields as follows (on both Cisco VCS Control and Expressway):
Cisco VCS Control Cisco VCS Expressway
NTP server 1 Enter pool.ntp.org
Enter pool.ntp.org
Time zone
Select GMT
Select GMT
3. Click Save.
