To change the IP address of a VCS peer you must remove the VCS from the cluster, change its IP address, 
and then add the VCS back into the cluster.

The process is as follows:

 1.  Ensure that the VCS whose IP address is to be changed is not the master VCS.

If it is the master VCS, follow the steps in 

 to make a 

different peer the master.

 2.  Carry out the process documented in 

 3.  Change the IP address of the VCS.

 4.  Carry out the process documented in
