Do one of the following:
On the CSR dashboard, click the Tools tab, and then click Transfer File.
In the Choose File Transfer Option dialog box that appears, select Advanced
File Transfer.

Click OK to close the message box on your computer.
Once the customer grants permission to you, the WebEx File Transfer window
appears. The file directory for your computer appears in the pane on the left. The

Select the destination folder on either pane of the File Transfer window - this is the
folder in which you want to transfer, delete, or rename files.

In the other pane, select the files or folder that you want to transfer.
To create a new folder, click New Folder.
To select multiple files, hold down the Ctrl key when clicking the files.
To delete or rename a file, right-click the file.

To transfer the files or folder from one computer to the other, click the

If you are not using desktop sharing, a message appears on the customer's screen
requesting permission for you to transfer, delete, or rename the file. The customer
must click OK for the action to proceed.

Note:
You can cancel the file transfer if it is already in progress by clicking Abort Transfer.
Once Support Manager transfers, deletes, or renames a file, the status bar on the
WebEx File Transfer window displays a message to indicate that the action is
complete.
