Moderators and presenters can control certain actions of participants in meetings. 
Topics in this section include:

Identify the current 
speakers from within the 
web meeting room

Look at the top of the participant list.

Up to two current speakers appear in the Now 
Speaking list. The current speaker tops the list. If 
more than two people are speaking, the most current 
names appear.

Identify the current 
speaker from your 
telephone

Press #2 on your telephone keypad.

Identify the current 
presenter from within the 
web meeting room

Look at the title bar at the top of the Share pod.

The system displays the name of the person who is 
currently sharing.
