Validate the RASCAL Database on the CAD

This document describes how to quickly validate that the RASCAL database on Cisco Agent Desktop
replicates. 

Cisco recommends that you have knowledge of these topics:

Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD)

Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Finesse Server

This document is not restricted to specific software and hardware versions.

The information in this document was created from the devices in a specific lab environment. All of the
devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is live, make sure
that you understand the potential impact of any command.

In order to validate the RASCAL database on the CAD, complete these steps:

Check for the existence of craDistribution under System Databases.
