TMS provisioning

Provisioning modes
VCS version X7.1 and TMS version 13.2 support two provisioning modes:

The data provided by the User Preference service enables the VCS to configure a device with
settings that pertain to a specific user (a user is essentially a SIP URI). Devices such as Movi are
configured entirely using this service. This service also provides connection details to a
TURN server (typically the VCS Expressway).

FindMe
The FindMe service provides the details of users' FindMe accounts, in particular the locations and
devices associated with each FindMe ID. This allows the VCS to apply its User Policy, and to be
able to change a caller's source alias to its corresponding FindMe ID.
