You can mix SAS/SATA drives. You can also mix HDD and SSD drives, as long as all the HDDs 
are in the same RAID volume and all the SSDs are in the same RAID volume.

SSDs and HDDs should not be mixed in the same RAID volume.

NOTE:  The 9361CV-8i controller can be used only with v2 CPUs
