Software Upgrade
You can upgrade to Cisco MediaSense, Release 8.5(3), software from Release 8.5(2). Upgrades from
earlier releases are not supported.

Release 8.5(3) only supports VM snapshot-based rollback.
Caution
When you upgrade to Cisco MediaSense, Release 8.5(3), the system reboots as part of the upgrade
process. Be sure to perform the upgrade during your regularly scheduled down time to avoid service
