Enterprise Configuration

Introduction

Enterprise Configuration enables you to:

Set up and modify enterprise data layouts and fields

■

Assign phones to be monitored by a particular Cisco VoIP (Voice over IP)
Monitor Service

■

Configure devices for desktop monitoring

To use either Enterprise Configuration application, select the Enterprise Data node or
the VoIP Monitor node in the left navigation pane of Desktop Administrator.
