Using the CTI Toolkit Agent and Supervisor 
Desktops
This chapter describes how to login, and use the CTI Toolkit Agent and Supervisor desktops.
Starting CTI Toolkit Desktops
To access your CTI Toolkit Desktop:
1.
Select Start > Programs > Cisco Systems CTI Toolkit.
2.
Select Agent Desktop (for agents) or Supervisor Desktop (for supervisors). 
How to Log In
To log into your CTI Toolkit Desktop, on the tool bar, click the Login button.
