OnSetAgentStateConf
The OnSetAgentStateConf confirmation message is fired to the client to indicate that the CTI server
received the SetAgentState request. This confirmation message does not indicate that the agent has
changed to the desired state; rather, the programmer should expect one or more OnAgentStateChange
events to indicate the change of state.
