GetSkillGroups
If skillgroupstats is enabled, the GetSkillGroups method allows a client to retrieve a list that contains
references to all the skill group objects to which the agent belongs. To retrieve skill groups enable skill group
statistics, and turn off agent event minimization by setting its value to 0 on the CTI OS server in the registry
key, for example:
