If the speed on the serial input/output device (console) for WLC is changed from the Cisco IOS, 
the command does not take effect. However, the show line command behaves as if the speed has 
changed.

If the user has already changed the speed on the controller side, the user is unable to session 
into the contoller because the speed on both ends must match.

Workaround: Always use the default setting of 9600 baud.

CSCsb76796: Seconds granularity support for X.25 encapsulation VC idle timeout

Symptoms: This caveat fix enhances the x25 idle and x25 map interface configuration mode 
commands to support seconds granularity for X.25 idle VC timeout for X.25 encapsulation VCs.

Workaround: Use the enhanced x25 idle command with seconds option:
