Click Yes in the next window in order to allow the certificate request process.

The Certificate Issued window appears which indicates a successful certificate request process. The next step is to install 
the issued certificate to the certificate store of this PC. Click Install this certificate.

The new certificate is installed successfully to the PC from where the request is generated to the CA server.
