CSCsk76537—Multiple 4402 controllers running software release 4.1.185.0 lock up and cannot be 
accessed through the console port.

CSCsk76973—Access points immediately begin downloading a new software image when it is 
placed on the controller instead of waiting until the controller is rebooted and the downloaded image 
is running on the controller.

CSCsk78212—The controller might reboot due to a failure with the tplusTransportThread task. The 
reboot usually occurs after you change the channel or power setting of an access point from the 
controller GUI.

CSCsk79766—A mobility anchor controller for guest access reboots with the following error:

CSCsk79865—The controller rejects an 11-Mbps Phy rate in the TSPEC if the client associates with 
802.11g rates.

CSCsk87245—802.11g rates are disabled for the CZ country code.

CSCsk93726—The controller might reboot due to a failure with the Crash dtlArpTask.

CSCsk94006—The controller might reboot sporadically when SSH is enabled.

CSCsk94804—The controller might reboot due to a failure with the EAP framework task and 
software filing on the instruction located at 0x108b10fc (pfree+56).

CSCsk97940—If you disable the 1, 48, and 54 Mbps data rates, association responses include 24 
Mbps as a supported rate and an extended supported rate.

CSCsk98326—Global configuration of the customized web-authentication page is not working. The 
client fails to display the customized web login page.

CSCsl09856—After you upgrade to software release 4.2.61.0, the controller sometimes generates 
these messages when a location appliance is part of the system and rogue access points are detected:

This issue is cosmetic, but a large number of messages are generated.

CSCsl10183—After you upgrade to software release 4.2, the controller sometimes shows the 
following message, one per each 1010, 1020, or 1030 access point associated to the controller:

The messages are triggered each time the controller is polled by SNMP (usually by the WCS). In 
most system configurations, the controller generates one error message per access point every five 
minutes. You can ignore these messages.

CSCsl18161—Controller software upgrades often fail when you use TFTP transfer mode across a 
slow WAN link.

CSCsl27682—The 4404 controller might reboot when you disable link aggregation (LAG) from the 
controller CLI.

CSCsl28130—4402 controllers sometimes reboot with spamReceiveTask when you access the 
controller through the management interface through NAT translation on a firewall.
