설명
Cisco 고객 지원에 메시지를 보냅니다. 이 명령을 사용하려면 어플라이언스에서 인터넷에 메일을 
보낼 수 있어야 합니다. 장애 처리가 자동으로 생성됩니다. 또는 지원 요청을 기존 장애 처리와 연
결할 수 있습니다. 
어플라이언스에서 직접 Cisco 기술 지원에 액세스하려면 Cisco.com 사용자 ID가 이 어플라이언스의 
서비스 계약과 연결되어 있어야 합니다. 현재 Cisco.com 프로필과 연결된 서비스 계약의 목록을 보
려면 Cisco.com 프로필 관리자(
)를 방문하십시오. 
Cisco.com 사용자 ID가 없을 경우 등록하여 생성합니다. 계정 등록에 대한 자세한 내용은 해당 릴리
스의 온라인 도움말 또는 사용 설명서를 참조하십시오. 
사용
Commit: 이 명령은 'commit'이 필요하지 않습니다.
클러스터 관리: 이 명령은 시스템 모드로 한정됩니다. 더 나아가 로그인 호스트(즉 로그온한 특정 
시스템)로 한정됩니다. 이 명령은 로컬 파일 시스템에 대한 액세스가 필요합니다.
배치 명령: 이 명령은 배치 형식을 지원하지 않습니다.
다음 예에서는 기존 지원 티켓과 무관한 지원 요청을 보여줍니다.
