How to Change the Output Power of Your Device
To change the output power of the radio in order to use the higher gain antennas listed in Table 2, please 
see the appropriate documentation as explained below:
For access points running the VxWorks operating system and bridges running the Cisco IOS 
operating system, refer to the Configure Radio Settings section of the software configuration guide 
for those products.
For access points running the Cisco IOS operating system, refer to the Cisco IOS Software 
Configuration Guide for Cisco Aironet Access Points, 12.2(xx)JA.
For all products running the Cisco IOS operating system, refer to the Cisco IOS Command Reference 
for Cisco Aironet Access Points and Bridges, 12.2(xx)JA.
