您可以使用application startsafe 命令在安全模式下启动 Cisco ISE，这样您即可暂时禁用对管理员门
户的访问控制，然后在进行必要的更改后重新启动应用。

在您作为管理员无意禁止所有用户访问 Cisco ISE 管理员门户的情况下，safe 选项提供了一种恢复方
法。 如果您在 Administration > Admin Access > Settings > Access 页面中配置错误的“IP 访问”列表，
则可能会发生此事件。 “safe”选项还会绕过基于证书的身份验证并恢复到默认用户名和密码身份
验证以登录 Cisco ISE 管理员门户。
