Please be noted it is not possible to associate/map origin-host across endpoints to a specific diamproxy
instance or maintain a constant origin host–instance mapping. Origin hosts are a pool of host entries and
will be assigned on need basis. Endpoint in itself is an independent encapsulated entity.

The following command sets the origin host name to test and the IP address to 10.1.1.1:
origin host test address 10.1.1.1
