This command sets the Differential Services Code Point (DSCP) value in the IP header of the Diameter messages sent
from the Diameter endpoint.

Usage
Use this command to set the DSCP in the IP header of the diameter messages sent from the diameter
endpoint. In addition to the recommended PHBs the user may configure their own DSCP as an integer in the
range of 0 through 63.
