Support for Session Release Cause in Gx Dictionaries
Previous Behavior: Session-Release-Cause AVP was earlier supported in CCA-U message only for standard Gx
dictionaries and a few customer specific Gx dictionaries.

Parsing of User-Equipment-Info AVP in all Rf Records
Previous Behavior: User-Equipment-Info AVP was sent only in START records for all Rf dictionaries except one
