To define a While Block:

On the Toolbox—Logic pane, choose While and drag and drop the component onto the Workflow pane.

The While Block property page displays.

In the Display Name field, enter the name of the new While Block.

To add a specific condition, click the appropriate panel.

Creates simple conditions using variables to match to 
operator criteria.
