Maintain the Host Certification Revocation List
Maintaining the host certificate revocation list (CRL) is based on the CRL list
generated and distributed to you by CableLabs. This list identifies host device
certificates that were revoked by CableLabs.

When a host device is added to the CRL list, this indicates that the host device shall
no longer be authorized to receive copy-protected content. If you have a CableCARD
module or an M-Card module associated with this host device (as shown when you
select the Show CableCARDs with Revoked Hosts link), the host device will
continue to receive copy freely digital content even after CP Authorization has been
revoked. The binding status of this host/pair should be manually updated in the
CableCARD Data Summary table to “Unbind Host=Yes” in order to revoke
