Subscribers Cannot Purchase Video-on-Demand
Programs After the Application Has Loaded
Description
Subscribers are unable to purchase video-on-demand (VOD) programs.
Possible Causes
The DHCT does not have an IP address.
The DHCT did not acquire a service group.
